Manager – ERP System @ 2019-03-18

Responsibilities:
o To be an ERP Project Manager for reviewing implemented ERP system processes, identifies improvements areas, drive and deliver changes in ERP and associated systems;
o Adopt new technology, practices and procedures in delivering business processes improvements; collaborate with Finance, IT, ERP project team and other cross-functional teams in deployment of enhancements or new applications;
o Co-ordinate and facilitate the implementation and rollout of system solutions to Macau, Hong Kong, Portugal and Mainland for Group initiatives;
o Liaise with IT department and/or Consultant on project plans, the phasing in and monitoring the progress of enhancements/new projects with business defined priorities and targeted schedules;
o Bridge the gap between IT department and/or Consultant and end user in various tasks during the system development cycle;
o Conduct user requirements gathering, evaluate application/solutions, perform functional design vetting and impact analysis to ensure proper integration with implemented ERP functions or legacy systems;
o Lead user teams on user acceptance testing, maintain system documentation and training to users of system usage;
o In charge of on-going system support to user department, liaise with IT department on system issue to minimize business and operational interruptions;
o Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
o Degree in Business Information or IT related discipline with Finance/Accounting educational background;
o 10+ years of relevant working experience in Epicor ERP implementation and support is essential;
o Solid hands-on experience in analyzing organizational requirements and fulfills business needs with system solutions.
o Working knowledge on Accounting is preferable;
o Experience in business intelligence and workflow system is an added advantage;
o Knowledgeable in Information System Lifecycle Management;
o Proven record in project planning, leading and managing staff for project delivery;
o Experience in reporting design, including SSRS, SQL/BAQs (Business Activity Queries), Epicor RDDs (Report Data Definitions);
o Good communication skill, interact effectively across multiple functional areas;
o Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Cantonese, Portuguese and Putonghua is preferable.


Work Coordinator  @ 2019-03-18

Responsibilities:
o Reports to Operations Manager (OM) and works closely with Engineers and Supervisors of maintenance teams to ensure the status control of the work orders;
o Records labour utilization of work orders in Maintenance Management System;
o Control the Extra Works or Additional Works from the client which include their register, distribution and status update and inform the OM in timely manner;
o Be Responsible for Personal Protection Equipment(PPE) stock take and update;
o File and distribute of technical documents.

Requirements:
o Working experience in organization with ISO Certificates is preferred;
o Good writing and speaking in both English and Chinese;
o Experiences in technical and/or engineering disciplines would be an advantage.


Accountant  @ 2019-03-18

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger;
o Monitor the accounting issues and work closely with operations;
o Prepare accurate and timely management report;
o Prepare annual budget and forecast report and provide variance analysis;
o Assist annual audit and tax filing and liaise with auditors and tax advisors etc;
o Supervise and review the work of junior staff;
o Support in new system implementation;
o Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
o Degree holder in Accounting or Finance;
o Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts;
o Strong analyzing, organizing and presentation skills;
o Good interpersonal skills, mature, responsible and a team player;
o Proficient in MS Excel and Word;
o Possess good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
o Familiar with Solomon system or other ERP accounting software is highly preferred;
o Candidate with lesser experience/qualification will be considered as Assistant Accountant;
Immediate availability is preferred.


Quantity Surveyor @ 2019-03-18

Requirements:
o Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent will be an advantage;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written/ spoken Chinese and English;
o Familiarize with computer operation and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Engineer – Mechanical / Electrical / E&M @ 2019-03-18

Requirements:
o Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written & spoken Chinese and English;
o Engineer registration of Macau DSSOPT or qualification accredited by Macau CAEU;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Technician - Civil  @ 2019-03-18

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for civil duties such include but not limit to: Carpentry fabrication and repairing, Masonry, Metal equipment repairing and maintenance, Plumber and Painting;
o Arrange the transportations of material, equipment and heavy or bulky items to the job site;
o Requisition and receives material and equipment and maintains simple records;
o Keeps workshop area in clean and orderly condition;
o Make recommendations to the supervisor and engineer regarding equipment, work and material problems;
o Occasionally performs work in other trades.

Requirement:
o High School graduate or relevant technical trainings;
o Experience/working knowledge of Civil works;
o Understands and uses all safety equipment, including guards and protective clothing as required;
o Able to communicate in English, knowledge of both Chinese and Cantonese is an advantage;
o Proactive, responsible and hardworking; Willing to be on shift;
o Hold a valid Macao driving license is an advantage.


Technician - Mechanical / Electrical  @ 2019-03-18

o 負責空調、機械通風系統、供配電系統、後備發電系統及相關裝置設備的維修和保養工作;
o 向主管和工程師匯報有關設備,工作的問題;
o 偶爾執行在其他範疇工作。

o 中學程度 / 相關技術培訓;
o 具電力維護工作經驗者更佳;
