Administrative Assistant @ 2018-05-21

Responsibilities:
o Perform general office administrative and secretarial duties;
o Perform procurement related activities and sourcing of suppliers;
o Assistance on report preparation as required by Supervisor or Management;
o Responsible for day-to-day administrative affairs of the company and coordination with different sites’ administrators;
o To assist in all corporate, marketing events and activities;
o Assist in general HR operational procedures of the company;
o Liaise with HR and Finance;
o Ensure effective and timely follow-up of customers enquires and communications.

Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field preferred;
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
o Good writing and speaking in both English and Chinese;
o Experience in office administration is an advantage;
o Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) or related management system is definitely a plus.


Assistant Accountant  @ 2018-05-21

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger;
o Assist in preparing payments and bank reconciliation;
o Prepare month-end closing and financial reports;
o Assist in monitoring the accounting aspects and operations;
o Assist in the preparation of annual audits;
o Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
o Degree holder in Accounting or Finance;
o At least 2 year of experience in handling full set of accounts;
o Familiar with Solomon system or other ERP accounting software is an advantage;
o Strong analyzing, organizing and presentation skills;
o Good interpersonal skills, mature, responsible and a team player;
o Proficient in MS Excel and Word;
o Possess good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
o Immediate availability is preferred.


Assistant Accounting Manager @ 2018-05-21

Responsibilities:
o To be responsible for the full set of accounts;
o To be responsible for preparation of month-end closing and management analysis;
o To prepare consolidation reports of the company;
o To be assigned for other ad-hoc reports and projects for management review;
o To participate in budgeting, cash flow projection, costing and business analysis etc;
o To supervise and manage the assignments of daily operations and accounting work process of junior colleague;
o To assist in monitoring the accounting aspects and operations;
o Highlight potential risks / key issues on timely basis for Management attention;
o Implement and monitor internal control policy and procedures;
o Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and government authorities etc.

Requirements:
o Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
o Above 7 years working experiences, with at least 2 years in supervisory level;
o Professional qualification is an advantage;
o Candidate with Audit background is an advantage;
o Strong knowledge of financial consolidation skills and statutory reporting requirements;
o Possess good management, leadership skill and problem solving skills;
o Good interpersonal skills, mature, responsible and a team player;
o Mature, self-motivated, detail-orientated and able to work under pressure;
o Possess good spoken and written communication skills, in both English and Chinese;
o Applicants with less experience/qualification may be considering for appointment as Senior Accountant.


Manager of Legal and Compliance Affairs @ 2018-05-21

Responsibilities:
o Provide accurate and timely advice to executives in a variety of legal and governance topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures and corporate finance.);
o Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies; advising on all legal and regulatory related matters;
o Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations; and apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues;
o Communicate and negotiate with external parties (external lawyer, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust;
o Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to departments of the organization; and ensure legal and governance compliance;
o Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks; provide expert and strategic legal advice to management;
o Attract, develop, direct, motivate and drive performance of LCA team;
o Translation of legal documents (English/Chinese/Portuguese);
o Monitor the necessary changes in shareholdings and deal with multiple stakeholders;
o Monitor the tracking of Legal Structure of the Company and renewal of business application and registration with different operation department and government departments;
o Keep track of BOD structure and providing company secretarial support;
o Prepare minutes of BOD meetings, and review Actas; ensure the statutory documents are prepared and filed timely for the legal entities;
o Monitor the registration of LCA correspondence; ensure filing of all (both in DMS and hardcopy) the legal and corporate affairs related documents;
o Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights; that minimize risks and maximize legal rights; prepare internal memorandum for internal controller;
o Assist operation team in contract management by liaising with external lawyer and monitor the legal review feedback on contract or work orders with the operation team;
o Review and submit Monthly Reports as required by Management;
o Understand different operation need on different insurance coverage and monitor the insurance and lead insurance policies of the company on renewal or claim, liaise with insurance service providers as necessary;
o Assist Internal Controller in various corporate exercises including business combination and corporate restructuring etc;
o Perform any ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by Internal Controller/CFO;

Requirements:
o Bachelor Degree in Law or Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) ;
o Good understanding of the Macau SAR legal system would be an advantage;
o Proficient in written and spoken of two languages ( English/ Chinese/ Portuguese);
o Strong business acumen and knowledge of commercial Laws;
o Strong analytical skills, and communication skills with counterparts at all Levels;
o Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment;
o High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
o Outstanding communication skills;
o Overall broad corporate law, company secretarial and governance knowledge;
o Self-Driven and resourceful and excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills able to work under tight deadlines.


Engineer – Mechanical / Electrical / E&M @ 2018-05-21

Requirements:
o Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written & spoken Chinese and English;
o Engineer registration of Macau DSSOPT or qualification accredited by Macau CAEU;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.


Project Assistant @ 2018-05-21

Responsibilities:
o Assist the Project Manager and Project Team in document control;
o Handle and processing Authority submissions and correspondence as required;
o Maintenance of document tracking record.

Requirement:
o High School Diploma equivalent or above;
o At least 2 years of clerical working experience, Construction field is preferred;
o Good communication, interpersonal skills with team spirit is commendable;
o Fast learner, initiative, organized, positive attitude, detail-oriented and with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively;
o Comprehensive knowledge in MSWord, MS Excel, Power Point and Chinese input;
o Proficiency in English and Chinese.


Draftsman (Civil / Structural / Plumbing & Drainage) @ 2018-05-21

Requirements:
o At least 1 years relevant working experience;
o Familiarize with AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills;
o Familiar with 3DMAX, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCHUP, REVIT 2015 is an advantage.


Architect  @ 2018-05-21

Responsibilities:
o Prepare design information e.g. drawings (details, etc.) and documents (project descriptions, narratives, etc.);
o Interior design work complementation and site supervision;
o Handle multi-tasks as required by projects, from early stage up to construction and hand-over to clients;
o Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and consultants;
o Ensure safety and efficient project construction for implementation;
o Perform duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
o Bachelor degree in Architecture, Design or Interior Design;
o At least 3 years or above related experience;
o Familiar with Macau Design Regulation;
o Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin);
o Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop and MS-Office and other computer graphics software;
o Candidate with less experience could be considered as Junior Architect.


ERP System Administrator @ 2018-05-21

Responsibilities:
o Work with Epicor users to help diagnose, fix, and prevent any ERP IT related system issues;
o Work with Epicor Support for unresolved issues or bugs;
o Accountable for the implementation of ERP modifications, new ERP system integrations, patch releases and major upgrades;
o Help facilitate and/or participate in testing with users for ERP related enhancements and fixes;
o Maintain Epicor security model including security group modifications and creation of accounts;
o Develop and maintain SSRS Reports;
o Develop and maintain Epicor BAQ and dashboards.

Requirements:
o Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field;
o Broad knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and technologies;
o 2+ years of experience with working in an IT role with Epicor ERP system;
o 2+ years of experience with SSRS report design;
o Good written and verbal communication skills;
o Team player with good interpersonal/customer service skills and a positive attitude;
o Self-starter, ability to work with minimal direct;
o Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.


Civil Engineer @ 2018-05-21

Requirements:
o Degree in Civil Engineering;
o 3 years or above relevant working experience;
o Fluency in written / spoken Chinese and English;
o Familiarize with computer operation, able to use AutoCAD and MS-Office;
o Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
o Positive and affirmative communication skills.
