Administrative Assistant @ 2018-05-21

o Perform general office administrative and secretarial duties;

Manager of Legal and Compliance Affairs @ 2018-05-21

o Provide accurate and timely advice to executives in a variety of legal and governance topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures and corporate finance.);
o Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies; advising on all legal and regulatory related matters;
o Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations; and apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues;
o Communicate and negotiate with external parties (external lawyer, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust;
o Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to departments of the organization; and ensure legal and governance compliance;

o Work with Epicor users to help diagnose, fix, and prevent any ERP IT related system issues;
o Work with Epicor Support for unresolved issues or bugs;

o Help facilitate and/or participate in testing with users for ERP related enhancements and fixes;
